USA-based Startup Founder of a 100% remote-workforce company is seeking a virtual executive assistant to help with interesting startup-oriented projects, such as:

• ~ collaborating with Founder & leadership team to manage the company direction and projects
• ~ guiding our growing community and membership
• ~ product, market and competitor research and opportunity discovery
• ~ building new systems and workflows through app and product comparisons, selection, integration, and automations
• ~ researching and compiling online data into actionable tasks for the team
• ~ creating, reviewing, editing documents so they make sense
• ~ conducting online user interviews to understand their problems and create insights for improving our products
• ~ trying out apps and prototypes to see if they are awesome or suck
• ~ posting to social media and replying to interest
• ~ editing blogs and videos to build value for clients
• ~ sharing your ideas and innate talents to create a better future

Qualified candidates must :

• ~ display excellent verbal and written English skills for the USA/Australia/Canada/UK market
• ~ be available for work 10-20 hrs per week
• ~ have own laptop capable of doing work and secure Wifi (not at a coffee shop or public place)
• ~ be "techy" and proficient with or able to quickly learn applications and services for:
• ~~~~ document creation and management (GoogleDocs, spreadsheets, slides, presentations)
• ~~~~ project management (such as Asana, Bitrix24, clockify);
• ~~~~ workflow automations (Zapier, IFTT, or CRM);
• ~~~~ CRM (client management such as sales pipeline, emailing);
• ~~~~ email marketing (such as MailChimp, with segmentation, split testing);
• ~~~~ social media posting and management (such as Hootsuite, Later)

***extra consideration given to applicants with experience in membership community building/management, marketing analytics, coding, web design, or UX/UI design.***
